2.Pay registration fee on site

Confirmation
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Organizing Committee will send you a Confirmation Email and your registration number. 

Duplication
Participants who meet the problem of duplication, please contact us immediately. We will refund as soon as possible after confirming.

Cancellation
Please take notice that as long as registration fee is payed, it means your participation is confirmed, we don’t handle any operation of refund.

Receipts/invoices
1. For early bird registration, Receipts or invoices are provided to participants on site.
2. For on-site registration,  We can only issue receipt for participants, and  invoices will be posted for participants in need after the meeting.
