A Technical Committee has been established for the review of the submitted articles.

Only articles (maximum10 pages) in English will be accepted and they should be compiled in accordance with the structured template for Procedia Engineering for publication (Elsevier_template.doc). The content of paper should not be published in any other journal or conference.
