• Day and time of poster presentation:

You should be present by your poster on the days that you have been advised during the poster sessions scheduled in the program. Slight changes might occur as we are currently finalizing the program, so please make sure to keep yourself updated.

• Please bring your own poster with you.

 

• The poster boards are located in the exhibition area and you are welcome to bring your own sticky tack or tape.

 

• The size of the poster is 900 mm(W) × 1200 mm(H) .

 

• You should mount your poster within this time schedule:

 

Set-up:

Jun 22 (Fri) : 08:00-10:00

Take down:

Jun 24 (sun): 18:00-19:00

10 Poster Awards are set up, each bonus is 1000 yuan
