1. Registration, paper submission, paper review, paper revise, and notice issuance of the meeting will all be completed online at the conference website. Please fill in real and valid personal contact information for timely contact.
2. All adopted papers will be recommended to publish in the core Chinese journals such as Fire Science and Technology. Each first author can only contribute one paper. At least one author or proxy should participate in the meeting, and the papers will be submitted to the journal for publication after the meeting. The paper without author or proxy attending the meeting will not be published.
3. The paper should be submitted by the first author. If there are several authors or proxies attending the meeting under the same paper, each one should register on the conference website.
4. The non-authors who want to participate in the meeting can register directly at the conference website. After deliberation and pass by the organizing committee, they can attend the meeting.
5. The contributed paper is required not having been published in any journal or conference. All papers will be re-checked by the Academic Misconduct Literature Detection System. Please keep academic ethics.
6. This meeting only accepts Chinese papers with funds or science & technology project funding. The number of the fund should be stated in the text. Meanwhile, the scanning copy of the project contract or task document should be attached.
7. The forum accepts all paper submissions in the field of ire science and fire engineering. Please do not contribute papers out of this field. The specific paper requirements are as followed:
（1）Title: no more than 20 words
（2）Author: not more than 5 persons
（3）Summary: ≥300 characters, written according to the format of purpose, method, result (data), and conclusion.
（4）Introduction: ≥500 characters, which requires introduction of domestic and foreign background, raise of questions and solutions, without graphs or formulas.
（5）Content: With work or experiment linking theory with practice. And it should be a complete work.
（6）Conclusion: ≥300 characters containing data or innovation instruction.
（7）References: ≥10 pieces. At least half of the literatures should be from recent two years. Reference of papers from Optics and Precision Engineering and Technology Bulletin is preferred.
（8）About the author: Photo (One-inch clear ID photo, photos of life not accepted), name, year of birth, gender, place of origin, degree, title, educational background, research field, and E-mail. (No missing items)
（9）Project number: The paper must have funds or technology project sponsor, the number of which must be stated.
（10）Word Count: ≥5000 Characters.
（11）Not ever published in any journal or conference.
