(1)All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ECNCT 2019 will be published by Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) (ISSN:1742-6588) and will be submitted to EI and CPCI for indexing.

(2)High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.

 

Journal 1 (IF≈1.6): Topic related to image and video processing.

Journal 2 (IF≈1): Computer science theories, methods and tools; computer and communication networks and systems; computing intelligence, machine learning and data analysis; computer systems and network security.

Journal 3 (IF≈1.3): Topics related to medical imaging physics and informatics.

Journal 4 (IF≈1): Electronic imaging applications, image and video processing and analysis; image and video data communication and storage; image visualization. International Journal of Imaging Systems and Technology

 

*All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to service@keoaeic.org and noted "SCI-ECNCT".
