The 2026 International Conference on artificial intelligence chips, integrated circuits and electronics (AICsE 2026) will be held in Taiyuan, China from September 18 to 20. The conference is jointly hosted by Taiyuan University of technology and the international society for computer and electronic engineering, and co organized by the chip School of Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University and Henan Polytechnic University. It aims to create a high-level international academic event covering the whole chain of "chip circuit system".
At present, intelligent electronic systems are accelerating their evolution towards high performance, low power consumption and multimodal perception. Artificial intelligence hardware, advanced process and design methods, brain like computing and brain computer interface have become hot spots for research. Aicse 2026 will set up a number of featured sub forums around the three core areas of soliciting contributions - AI chips, integrated circuits, and electronic systems, covering cutting-edge topics such as multimodal biosensors, high reliability device modeling, medical and industrial cross chips, neural morphology computing, large model enabled intelligent energy, micro nano devices and integration, and organ chips.
The conference has invited a number of heavyweight keynote speakers: ieee/iet fellow, Cheung Kong scholar Professor Liu Junjie, Professor Chen Wei, academician of the National Institute of inventors and Dean of the chip Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University, Cheung Kong scholar Professor Cheng Jianqun, and Professor Yong young Noh, academician of the Korean Academy of Science and technology. In addition, well-known scholars from Taiyuan University of technology, Henan University of technology, Huazhong University of science and technology, North China University, Hainan University, Taiyuan University of science and technology and other universities will host scholar forums and sub forums to share the latest scientific research achievements.
The accepted papers will be submitted to EI database for retrieval, and the final deadline is September 17, 2026. We sincerely invite experts, scholars and industry colleagues at home and abroad to contribute or register for the conference to jointly promote the in-depth integration of production, learning and research in the field of AI chips and integrated circuits.
