l Submit to the Conference

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICBASE 2020 will be published in conference proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI, Scopus , SCI, CPCI for indexing.

*Submission Methods

1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

2.Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to SUBMISSION SYSTEM

Excellent papers will be recommended directly to the following or other suitable SCI journals 

①Pattern Analysis and Applications（ISSN：1433-7541，IF=1.41, ）
②Wireless Personal Communications（ISSN: 0929-6212, IF=0.929, ）
③Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce（ISSN: 1091-9392, IF=1.4 ）

Submission should be in WORD（.doc）formatonly , and specified templates will be given after evaluation.
