第四届水文与水管理国际研讨会(CHWM 2025)将于2025年4月19-21日在中国桂林举行。CHWM 2025将聚焦于水文与水管理领域的前沿研究，探讨水资源管理、水文模型、水质评估、水资源保护、流域管理、气候变化对水资源的影响以及可持续水资源开发等关键议题。届时，会议将汇集来自世界各地的科研人员、工程师、学者以及业界专家，共同展示他们在水文与水管理领域的最新研究成果及应用。

Prof. Bang-Fuh Chen
Center of Excellence for Ocean Engineering, National Taiwan Ocean
University, Taiwan, China
Title: Renewable Wave Energy Integration with Seaweed Cultivation
Dr. Bang-Fuh Chen completed his PhD in Civil Engineering from University ofPittsburgh in 1989. After working in both the US and Taiwan, he, now, holds thetitle of Emeritus Professor of the Department of Marine Environment andEngineering, National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, as well as anHonorary Chair Professor of the Center of Excellence in Marine Engineering,National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan. His research interests arecomputational fluid dynamics, ocean renewable energy, natural sustainability. Heobtained more than 50 research grants from the National Science and TechnologyCouncil of Taiwan, more than 10 of which are related to marine renewable energy.He also led a multidisciplinary team in academia and industry to complete theopen-sea deployment of Taiwan’s first tidal energy system (5KW), whichsuccessfully withstood strong typhoons. Dr. Chen has been listed in the top 2% ofscientists (released by Stanford University) since 2018.

Professor Sudip Basack, PhD, FIE, FIGS, CEng, MASCE is a civil engineeringprofessional with significant academic experience at responsible senior positions inIndia and abroad. He published more than 125 technical papers in reputed journalsand conferences and is recipient of several research awards at national andinternational levels. He is an active reviewer of numerous top-class internationaljournals. He has supervised more than 10 research students at postgraduate(Masters and PhD) levels and executed sponsored research projects in differentUniversities. He also acted as consultant in several major infrastructure projects,Government and private. He has undertaken several academic visits in manycountries including USA, UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China,etc.

投稿须知：
1. 初版文章须是PDF或WORD版格式，并统一通过网上投稿系统或组委会邮箱提交。终版文章须是可编辑的WORD版格式或Latex文件包。
2. 如果您只是参会作报告，不需要发表文章，只需要将摘要提交到投稿系统。
3. 全文篇幅建议15-20页（按照模板格式，带图和参考文献），超过20页需缴纳超页费。摘要投稿无格式要求，具备标题、内容、关键词、作者信息即可，篇幅建议控制在1页以内，最长不超过2页。
4. 投稿之后5-7个工作日内您会收到审核结果，如逾期未收到邮件通知，请您尽快联系我们。
5. 可投中文稿件，文章题目、摘要，关键词需要中英双语，正文部分为中文（可联系我们索取模板文档）。参会时口头报告必须做英文的。
