The 2021 2nd IYSF Academic Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering will be held on 8-10th, October, 2021, in Xi'an, China. It is hosted by the Xi'an Shiyou University. The aim of the IYSF-AICE 2021 is to provide a forum for researchers who are interested in the Artificial Intelligence and Computer Engineering. IYSF-AICE 2021  brings together scientists and engineers who are active in the area of formal methods and interested in exchanging their experiences and methods.

The conference also provides an international platform for sharing experiences, expanding professional networks, face-to-face exchange of new ideas and presenting research results.

CALL FOR PAPER

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

PUBLICATION

Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)

1. All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of IYSF-ACIE 2021 will be published in IEEE CS Conference Publishing Services (CPS)  and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

2.Selected 10 papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.

* JIFS-JOURNAL OF INTELLIGENT & FUZZY SYSTEMS（1064-1246, IF=1.8+, Regular Issue）

* PAA-Pattern Analysis and Applications（1433-7541, IF=1.5+, Regular Issue）

*All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to SCI Submission System.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

REGISTRATION

The fees below are displayed in USD or CNY, you can choose whether to pay in USD or CNY according to your situation.

Note:

1. Additional page (paper that more than 4 pages) will be charged 50 USD/CNY 300 per page. 

2. One regular registration gets only one proceeding.　

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.　

4. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener. 

5. Registration fee includes one author's conference proceedings, lunch, gift and attending all technical sessions.

6. The registration fee does not include:  

   ? Accommodation

   ? Visa application fee

   ? Transportation fee

7. The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome. 

PROGRAM

2021 2nd International Youth Scientist Forum (IYSF 2021) will be held in Xi'an Shiyou University, China during October 8-10, 2021. And four parallel sessions will be held. Welcome all young scientists, young scholars, teachers and students to participate!

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION

1. Timing: a maximum of 15 minutes total, including speaking time and discussion. Please make sure your presentation is well timed. Please keep in mind that the program is full and that the speaker after you would like their allocated time available to them.

2. You can use CD or USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file(PPT or PDF) to the computer. 

3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email. 

4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation. 

5. Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high（A1）. 

2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart. 

3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
