The 2021 International Conference on Digital City Construction and Information Technology will be held in Harbin, China during December 24-26, 2021. The conference mainly focuses on digital city construction, information technology and other research areas. It aims to provide an international cooperation and exchange platform for experts, scholars and business developers in the fields of digital city construction and information technology to share research results, discuss problems and challenges, and explore cutting-edge technologies. Experts and scholars from domestic and foreign universities and research institutions, business people and other related personnel are invited to attend the conference. Scholars from home and abroad are welcome to submit papers and attend the conference！

All accepted full papers will be published on Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI, Scopus and Inspec for indexing.

Conference Registration Fees

Registration Fees for DCCIT 2021 regular is RMB 3200/ USD 500 per paper. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 50 USD/300 CNY. It includes conference proceedings, academic investigation and attending all technical sessions. Registration fees for Attendees without Papers is RMB 1200/ USD180 per person.
