1. About ICAIRC 2022

2022 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Communication (ICAIRC 2022) will be held in Fuzhou, on November 25-27, 2022. It will provide a unified platform for researchers with the topics of Computation, Communication and Engineering. The booming economic development in Asia, particularly the leading manufacturing industries from auto-mobile, machinery, computer, communication, consumer product, flat panel display to semiconductor and micro/nano areas have attracted intense attention among universities, research institutions and many industrial corporations. This conference aims to provide a broad international forum for world researchers, engineers, and professionals working in the areas of Computation, Communication and Engineering to discuss and exchange various scientific, technical and management aspects across the wide spectrum of the society. The theme of the conference is focusing on new and emerging technologies. Papers with innovative idea or research results in all aspects of Computation, Communication and Engineering are encouraged to submit. This conference is attentive towards strong interactions among researchers disseminating their high quality research results.

Prof. Fenghua Huang

Huang Fenghua, Professor, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Fellow, Deputy Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence, Outstanding Teacher of Fujian Province (2015-2017), Yango Scholars Distinguished Post, Spatial Data Mining and Application Director of Fujian University Engineering Research Center, Spatial Data Mining of Yango University. He is the director of the Institute, a master tutor of Fuzhou University in computer technology and surveying and mapping engineering, a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina, and a member of the International IEEE Association, the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the Chinese Computer Society. In 2015, he was selected into the Fujian Provincial University Outstanding Young Scientific Research Talent Cultivation Program, and in 2016, he was selected into the Fujian Provincial University New Century Excellent Talent Support Program. He serves as a peer reviewer for international publications such as IEEE Access and ACM International Conference Proceedings Series. Professor Huang's main research interests are data mining, machine learning and remote sensing image processing. In the past 5 years, he has presided over nearly 10 longitudinal scientific research projects at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, including 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (and participated in 1 project), 1 project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province. 1 project, 1 social science planning project in Fujian Province, 2 young and middle-aged education and scientific research projects in Fujian Province, and 6 enterprise horizontal projects, etc., published more than 30 academic papers (including 17 papers in SCI/EI and 5 papers in CSCD) ), obtained more than 10 national invention patents and utility model patents, published 3 monographs and textbooks, and presided over the research and development and promotion of a number of enterprise information system products.

Prof. Xinyu Da

Da Xinyu, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, dean. He is the leader of the national first-class professional construction site, the national excellent course and the national excellent resource sharing course, and the leader of the provincial scientific and technological innovation team, the provincial teaching team and the provincial MOOC team. He is an excellent postgraduate tutor in the army and is in the leading post of Yango Scholars. He presided over 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 14 other provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, won 5 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards (1, 1, 1, 2, 3), and 6 technical patents (1 , 1, 1, 1, 1, 2). He also presided over 4 national education reform projects and 6 major education reform projects in Fujian Province, etc., and won 6 provincial and ministerial awards such as the first prize of Fujian Province Teaching Achievement Award (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2) . He edited 2 monographs and edited and published 13 textbooks. He has published more than 130 papers in core journals, including more than 90 in SCI/EI journals.

A.P. Guiping Shen

Shen Guiping, associate professor, Ph.D., head of the Department of Robotics Engineering. In July 2009, she graduated from Anhui University majoring in automation, and was awarded the title of outstanding graduate and a bachelor's degree. In September of the same year, she was admitted to the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in control theory and control engineering. From September of the same year to July of the following year, she completed half a year of theoretical study at the University of Science and Technology of China. Project, the first author published two Chinese core papers, and obtained a master's degree in July 2012. In March 2013, he was admitted to the State Key Laboratory of Robotics, Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in pattern recognition and intelligent systems. During this period, he participated in and was responsible for 3 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The first author published 2 SCI papers. 2 EI papers, obtained a Ph.D. in 2019. Her current research interests include image restoration, video representation, and audio processing.

2. Publication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all the accepted papers of ICAIRC 2022 will be published in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (ISSN: 1876-1119) , and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Manuscripts reviewed by experts from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published on Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. The published papers will then be submitted for EI, SCOPOUS abstracting/indexing. Authors are assured of quick and accurate indexing.

4. Submission Methods

Submission Guidelines:

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to AIS SUBMISSION SYSTEM. 

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.

Details of the registration fees:

1. Registration fees for ICAIRC 2022 Regular is 500 USD / 3200 CNY per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 50 USD / 300 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

    Accommodation

    Visa application fee

    Transportation fare

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
