1. About ISAEECE 2023

The 2023 8^th International Symposium on Advances in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (ISAEECE 2023) will be held on February 17-19, 2023 in Huzhou. ISAEECE 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of electrical, electronics and computer engineering to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in electrical, electronics and computer engineering and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in electrical, electronics and computer engineering and related areas.

Biography:

Huajun Dong,  is a professor and master tutor of Dalian Jiaotong University. He is currently the Dean of School of Computer and Communication Engineering, Dalian Jiaotong University. Awards and Individual Honors: 1.Excellent Teacher, Dalian Jiaotong University, 2017. 2. "Thousand Levels" of Millions of Talents Project, Liaoning Province, 2015. 3. Third Prize of Natural Science Paper, Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award, 2014. 4. Outstanding Teacher, Dalian Jiaotong University, 2013. 5. Outstanding Postdoctoral Researcher, Henan Province, 2013. Research areas: 1. Basic theory of vacuum switching arc; 2. Machine vision application technology.

3. Publication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ISAEECE 2023 will be published in  SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X)，which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

5. Submission Methods

Submission Guidelines:

1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

2.Please send the full paper (word+pdf) to SUBMISSION SYSTEM.

3.Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4.Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ISAEECE 2023 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at: ISAEECE@163.com.

Join as a Listener: ISAEECE 2023 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees:

1. Registration fees for ISAEECE 2023 Regular is 500 USD / 3200 CNY per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 50 USD / 300 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   ? Accommodation

   ? Visa application fee

   ? Transportation fare

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

Ⅱ. Introduction：

Nanxun Campus of Zhejiang Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower is located in Nanxun Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is 4 kilometers to the north of Nanxun ancient Town and 5 kilometers to the west of Nanxun high-speed railway station. The project base in and around the water network, lush vegetation, beautiful environment. The design follows the principle of adapting to local conditions and respecting nature. The vegetation on both sides of the water bank in the site is preserved as far as possible. The architectural scale continues the texture of traditional water village dwellings. Focus on the integration of the school and the city, connecting the urban context through the campus space. The facade style inherits the regional context and has the charm of water town in modern times. In order to create a water township college born, beautiful and prosperous because of water. The construction of the new campus combines the abundant water resources of the base to create a water courtyard, West Lake. The Nanxun Campus of Zhejiang Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower is one of the 41 major projects promoted by the Nanxun District Government and also an important part of the "12233" project. The total investment of the project is 2.8 billion yuan, and the project land area is about 1500 mu, including 1000 mu construction land and 200 mu faculty dormitory. The construction includes seven sections: library complex building, administrative office building, comprehensive training building, public teaching group, discipline group, water culture Exhibition Hall and Nanxun Water Street. It will be put into use at one time in September 2022. Once completed, it will meet the daily teaching activities of 10,000 full-time students and 1,000 faculty and staff. Achieved a historic breakthrough of Nanxun District higher education from scratch.
