With the continuous innovation of the Internet, Communications, Information System and Computer Engineering has been widely used in various fields. In order to provide a platform for experts and scholars from all over the world to share research results in the field of communication and computer engineering, the 2023 5^th International Conference on Communications, Information System and Computer Engineering（CISCE 2023） is going to be held on April 14-16, 2023 in Guangzhou, China. The conference will focus on discussing the current hot issues, share research results, promote the development and progress of related research and application, promote the development of disciplines and promote personnel training. Bio:

Prof. Yudong Zhang is a Chair Professor at the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester, UK. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of EAI, and Fellow of BCS. He is the Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He is the Distinguished Speaker of ACM. He was the 2019, 2021 & 2022 recipient of Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. He has (co)authored over 400 peer-reviewed articles. There are more than 50 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 5 ESI Hot Papers in his (co)authored publications. His citation reached 22936 in Google Scholar (h-index 84). He has conducted many successful industrial projects and academic grants from NIH, Royal Society, GCRF, EPSRC, MRC, Hope, British Council, and NSFC. He has served as (Co-)Chair for more than 60 international conferences (including more than 10 IEEE or ACM conferences). More than 50 news presses have reported his research outputs, such as Reuters, BBC, Telegraph, Physics World, UK Today News, etc.

Research Area: Radar target detection, Statistical Learning, and SAR image processing

Bio:

Shuwen Xu (IEEE Senior Member) was born in Anhui, China. He received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees, both in electronic engineering, from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. He worked at the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University, after that. He worked as a visiting professor in Mcmaster University in 2017 and 2018, Canada. He is currently a professor with the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University. He is also the vice director of National Collaborative Innovation Center of Information Sensing and Understanding and the Director of radar signal processing and data processing Department. His research interests are in the fields of radar target detection, statistical Learning, and SAR image processing.

Bio:

Jie Huang received the B.E. degree in Information Engineering from Xidian University, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Shandong University, China, in 2018. From Oct. 2018 to Oct. 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, China, supported by the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents. From Jan. 2019 to Feb. 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Durham University, UK. Since Nov. 2020, he has been an Associate Professor in the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University, China and also a researcher in Purple Mountain Laboratories, China. He is an IEEE Member and a Senior Member of China Institute of Communication (CIC). He has published more than 60 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings. His research interests include millimeter wave, THz, massive MIMO, reconfigurable intelligent surface channel measurements and modeling, wireless big data, and 6G wireless communications. He received Best Paper Awards from WPMC 2016, WCSP 2020, and WCSP 2021. He has also delivered 7 Tutorials in IEEE/CIC ICCC 2021, IEEE PIMRC 2021, IEEE ICC 2022, IEEE VTC-Spring 2022, IEEE/CIC ICCC 2022, IEEE VTC-Fall 2022, and IEEE PIMRC 2022.
