1. About the conference:

With the successful experience of the past 3 years, we believe that the 2023 4th International Conference on Mental Health, Education and Human Development（MHEHD2023） will be an even greater success in 2023, and welcome all scholars and experts to submit their papers for the conference!

The 2023 4th International Conference on Mental Health, Education and Human Development（MHEHD2023）will be held on May 19-21, 2023 in Hangzhou, China. MHEHD2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of  Mental Health, Education and Human Development  to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in  Mental Health, Education and Human Development  and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in  Mental Health, Education and Human Development and related areas. We warmly invite you to participate in MHEHD2023 and look forward to seeing you in Kaifeng, China!

2. Publication

1. Submit to the Conference

Manuscripts submitted to MHEHD 2023 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference organizing committee, and once accepted, will be published in SHS Web of Conferences (ISSN: 2261-2424). The published papers will then be submitted to CPCI and CNKI for indexing. 

2. Submit to the SCI Journal 

Excellent papers will be recommended directly to the following or other suitable SCI journals.

Journal 1：Sustainable Cities and Society（ISSN: 2210-6707，IF=4.624, Special Issue）

Journal 2：Electronic Commerce Research（ISSN: 1572-9362, IF=1.94, Regular Issue）

Journal 3：Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce（ISSN:1091-9392, IF=1.4, Regular Issue）

3. Important Dates

Submission Deadline：May 17, 2023

Notification Date: 1-2 weeks after submission

Registration Deadline：May 20, 2023

Conference Date：May 19-21, 2023

4. Submission Guides

A. Full Paper (for Presentation and Publication)

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

B. Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

C. All submissions must not be less than 6 pages in length.
  (authors will be charged extra 300RMB/page if the manuscript length is more than 6 pages)
