The 2019
3rd International Conference on Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Engineering
(ICEMCE 2019) will be held in Guizhou,China during June
14-16,2019. The
aim objective of ICEMCE is to present the latest research and results of
scientists related to electrical, mechanical and computer engineering topics.
