Planning is now in hand for 2019 International Conference on
Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm, which, as you may know, will
be held in Sanya, China, on 9th to 10th November 2019. The overall objective of
ICMSOA2019 is to provide a platform and stimulate discussion on various issues of
modeling, simulation, optimization and algorithm.

Research and discussion on any aspects of Modeling, Simulation, Optimization
and Algorithm are welcome. The deadline for proposals is July 25, 2019 by which
all interested participants are required to submit a provisional title, full
paper (4000-6000 words) and an indication of your willingness to participate.
We highly encourage doctorate (PhD) and postgraduate students to present their
research proposal or findings or issues in this conference with a very special
registration fees. Case studies, research in progress, as well as full research
papers will be considered for the conference program for presentation purposes.
All registered and presented papers will be published by IOPscience and will be indexed by Ei Compendex, CPCI-S (Web of Science), CNKI and other databases. Selected excellent papers will be recommended to SCI Journals (in English) for publishing after the conference.
