With the continuous innovation of the Internet, Communications, Information System and Computer Engineering has been widely used in various fields. In order to provide a platform for experts and scholars from all over the world to share research results in the field of communication and computer engineering, the 2021 3rd IEEE International Conference on Communications, Information System and Computer Engineering (CISCE 2021) is going to be held on May 14-16, 2021 in Beijing, China. The conference will focus on discussing the current hot issues, share research results, promote the development and progress of related research and application, promote the development of disciplines and promote personnel training. We sincerely welcome all relevant experts in related fields to attend the meeting.

1. Call for Paper

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

1. Signal Communication (5G Communication and Network、Green Communication Systems 、Communication Device Modeling、EMC and Antenna Design、Network and wireless communication、Optical communication、Communication signal processing and so on.)

2. Computer Engineering (Internet of Things and Big data、Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence、Artificial intelligence and recognition technology、Graphics and image processing、Computer network technology、Computer system and maintenance、Deep learning、Evolutionary computing)

3. Other related topics

2.Publication

*All papers, both invited and contributed 

will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing by EI compendex and Scopus. All conference proceedings paper must not be less than 4 pages in length!

*Paper Publication Policy

1. All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one registration. Each registration will cover only one paper.

2. IMPORTANT!! Papers that are not presented on site by an author will not be published neither in proceedings nor IEEE Xplore, unless the TPC chairs grant explicit permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event who is qualified to present the paper and to answer questions.

3. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

All submissions must not be less than 10 pages in length，and papers should be submitted to service@keoaeic.org and noted "CISCE 2021". 

3.Submission Methods

A. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)

Authors of Accepted full paper are required to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference.

B. Abstract (Presentation only)

Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Note:

1) Papers submitted to the conference should be in English.

2) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.
