The 2021 3rd International Conference on Machine Learning, Big Data and Business Intelligence (MLBDBI 2021) will be held on October 15-17, 2021 in Taiyuan, China. MLBDBI 2021 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Machine Learning, Big Data and Business Intelligence to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Machine Learning, Big Data and Business Intelligence and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Machine Learning, Big Data and Business Intelligence and related areas.

*All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of MLBDBI 2020 will be published by CPS and indexed by EI compendex /IEEE Xplore/Scopus.

*High quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI journal.1) EURASIP Journal on Image and Video Processing（ISSN: 1687-5281, IF=1.534）
