本会议投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核之后，最终所录用的论文将会作为独立的章节，出版于会议论文集《第三届国际科技创新学术交流大会》（IEEE官方出版；ISBN: 978-1-6654-0267-5），出版后由IEEE Xplore收录，并提交 EI Compendex, Scopus检索。
