1. “Elite” option details
To qualify for “Elite” status, Sponsor may choose one or more of the following four options in any combinations:
    a. Exhibit Hall Cocktail Reception: highly visible “Thank You” banner during the reception
    b. Exclusive Dinner with Speakers: company acknowledgement and participation (1 person) at the dinner
    c. Pearl River Boat Tour: participate in exquisite networking event with speakers and distinguished guests
    d. Support World-Class Scientist: help financing prominent speakers’ travel expense and be acknowledged

a. Cocktail Reception: will take place in the Exhibit Hall on Day 1, following afternoon presentations, lasting 1 to 1.5 hours. During the Cocktail Reception, a large and distinct banners displaying “Thank you [Sponsor Name(s)] for supporting this reception!” (the exact text TBC) will be placed above the Sponsor’s booth. Over 80% of all attendees are expected to participate in it.
b. Exclusive Dinner with Speakers (Day 1, after the Cocktail Reception): the formal sit-down dinner will be held in one of neighboring high-end restaurants for speakers and selected guests. Help us sponsor the event, join the distinguished group for dinner, and be formally acknowledged (web, program book and during the dinner) for your generosity.
c. Pearl River Boat Tour (Day 2 evening): 1 to 1.5 hours tour (excluding transportation time) for speakers and selected participants with spectacular night views of the city skyline along China’s third largest river (one of the most famous sightseeing in Canton). Help us sponsor this attractive part of the conference, and enjoy the unique networking opportunity. The CNAF Organizers will arrange the transportation.
d. Support World-Class Scientist: prominent academic speakers frequently request compensation for their travels to China (in particular the airfare and accommodations). By choosing this option, you are making it possible to bring the best scientists from around the world. Your generosity will be formally acknowledged on the CNAF web and program book
