All papers accepted by EECE 2019 will be reviewed anonymously by at least 2 reviewers. If there is a large difference in opinions, a third reviewer will review the papers.All accepted papers will be published in two parts:

(1) Papers with A/A+ rating and conference award-winning papers will be published by SCI or EI journals (about 35%)

(2) Other papers published by British IOP《Journal of Physics: Conference Series》(JPCS), ISSN: 1742-6588, online ISSN:1742-6596 and will submitted to EI Compendex and ISTP (CPCI) database for indexing. The full text is online available via platform.
