All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, the conference proceedings（ISBN: 978-0-7381-1083-7） will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore? digital library. It will be submitted for indexing by EI compendex and Scopus. All conference proceedings paper must not be less than 4 pages in length!
