Focusing on the latest research in " International Conference on Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy ", the 2^nd International Conference on Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy (CSAIDE 2023) will be held in Nanjing, China during March 3-5, 2023. CSAIDE 2023 is to provide a forum for researchers who are interested in the Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy. CSAIDE 2023 brings together scientists and engineers who are active in the area of formal methods and interested in exchanging their experiences and methods. Continuing the spirit of "Sharing-Exchange" of CSAIDE 2022, we welcome experts and scholars in related fields to submit their new research or technical contributions to CSAIDE 2023, and share valuable experiences with scientists and scholars from all over the world!  

Speakers

Prof. Quanxin Zhu 

Hunan Normal University, China

Prof. Quanxin Zhu (M’13, SM’16) received the M.S. degree in probability and statistics from Hunan Normal University, Changsha, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in probability and statistics from Sun Yat-sen (Zhongshan) University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005. He is currently a Professor with Hunan Normal University, distinguished professor of Hunan Province and Leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in Hunan Province, deputy director of the Key Laboratory of computing and stochastic mathematics of the Ministry of education, and director control and optimization of complex systems of Hunan Key Laboratory of colleges and Universities. He won the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany and the Highly Cited Researcher Award by Clarivate Analytics in 2018-2021. He won First prize of Hunan Natural Science Award, and the list of two percent top scientists in the world in 2020-2022. He is an associate editor of 6 international SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, Application Analysis. He is the lead guest editor of several journals, and a reviewer of more than 50 other journals. He is the author or the coauthor of more than 300 journal articles. His research interests include stochastic control, stochastic systems, stochastic stability, stochastic delayed systems, Markovian jump systems, and stochastic complex networks.

Dr. Mehdi Gheisari

Islamic Azad University, Iran

Dr. Mehdi Gheisari is a Faculty Member at Harbin Institute of Technology (QS ranking=239, top 10 universities in China) with several years of experience in Network Security, 5G, Software Defifined Networking (SDN), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), Semantic Web (SW), Internet of Things (IoT), privacy-preserving, and Autonomous Vehicles. Eight years of experience of being a lecturer at several universities, research collaboration, research projects proposal preparation and completion, project progress documentation, and undergraduate students supervision. Responsible roles in International, and national research projects. Excellent publication record (Google Citations: 794, h-index: 17).

Prof. Shaozhang Niu

Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China

The main research directions of Professor Niu include network information security, mobile big data application and security, computer forensics and cloud security. As the project leader, he has undertaken the National 863 key projects, the National Natural Science Foundation projects, the State Password funds projects, the information security special projects and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation projects. Many books have been published such as "Wireless Communication Security - theory and technology", "Introduction to information security", "Network Attack and Prevention - Theory and Practice", "Introduction to Information Security", "Digital Image Authenticity Identification Technology" and "Mobile Internet Security". More than 100 papers on network information security have been published in influential journals at home and abroad.

Prof. Xiaofeng Ding

Huazhong University of Science and Technology , China

A professor in the School of Computer Science at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Doctoral Supervisor, D. in Engineering. His main research interests are big data management, cloud computing, data privacy protection methods, and data query processing techniques. As a postdoctoral researcher, he had 2010 and 2013 at the National University of Singapore and the University of South Australia, Australia, to conduct research on big data management, privacy protection, query processing, and data-intensive service technologies. Currently, he has published his research in various publications including IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, International Conference on Very Large Databases (VLDB), IEEE International Conference on Data Engineering (ICDE), IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS), Information Sciences, Knowledge Based Systems, Chinese Science: Information Science, Journal of Computer Science, Journal of Software, and other international and domestic well-known academic journals and conferences. He has published or accepted more than 50 academic papers in international and domestic journals and conferences.

Prof. Lu Leng

Nanchang Hangkong University, China

Lu Leng received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 50 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc.

Prof. Gwanggil Jeon

Xidian University, China

Department of Embedded Systems Engineering, Incheon National University, Incheon, South Korea

Gwanggil Jeon received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. (summa cum laude) degrees from the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 2003, 2005, and 2008, respectively. From 2009.09 to 2011.08, he was with the School of Information Technology and Engineering, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, ON, Canada, as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. From 2011.09 to 2012.02, he was with the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Niigata University, Niigata, Japan, as an Assistant Professor. From 2014.12 to 2015.02 and 2015.06 to 2015.07, he was a Visiting Scholar at Centre de Mathématiques et Leurs Applications (CMLA), ?cole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS-Cachan), France. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Prestigious Visiting Professor at Dipartimento di Informatica, Università degli Studi di Milano Statale, Italy. He is currently a Full Professor at Incheon National University, Incheon, Korea. He was a Visiting Professor at Sichuan University, China, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain, Xinjiang University, China, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, Thailand, and University of Burgundy, Dijon, France.

Prof. Jeon is an ACM Member, IEEE Senior Member, an Associate Editor of Sustainable Cities and Society, IEEE Access, Real-Time Image Processing, Journal of System Architecture, and MDPI Remote Sensing. Prof. Jeon was a recipient of the IEEE Chester Sall Award in 2007, ACM’s Distinguished Speaker in 2022, the ETRI Journal Paper Award in 2008, and Industry-Academic Merit Award by Ministry of SMEs and Startups of Korea Minister in 2020.

Publication

* All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of CSAIDE 2023 will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus.

（Submission with notes of "XHY1" will enjoy priority in review .） 

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

1)Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

2)All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend CSAIDE 2023 as a Presenter. Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for CSAIDE 2023 Regular is 490 USD / 3400 CNY per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 40 USD / 300 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   ? Accommodation

   ? Visa application fee

   ? Transportation fare

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
