The 2022 2nd International Conference on Computer Graphics, Image and Virtualization（ICCGIV 2022）will be held on September 23-25, 2022, in Chongqing, China. This conference focuses on the latest research on "Computer Graphics, Image and Virtualization", aiming to gather experts, scholars, researchers and related practitioners in this field from all over the world, share research results, explore hot issues and exchange new experiences and technologies. Keynote Speaker

	Assoc. Prof. Pavel Loskot Zhejiang University - University of Illinois at  Urbana-Champaign Institute   Biography:  Pavel Loskot joined the , ZJU-UIUC Institute in , January 2021 as the Associate Professor after being nearly 14 years with Swansea University in the UK. He received his PhD degree in Wireless Communications from the Univ, ersity of Alberta in Canada, and the MSc and BSc degrees in Radioelectronics and Biomedical Electronics, respectively, from the Czech Technical University of Prague in the Czech Republic. He is the Senior Member of the IEEE, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, and the Recognized Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. His current research interest focuses on problems involving statistical signal processing and importing methods from Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Science to other disciplines in order to improve the efficiency and the information power of system modeling and analysis.
	Assoc. Prof. Xiaoyong Lu School of Physics and Electronic Engineering Northwest Normal University   Biography:  Prof. Xiao-Yong Lu is an associate professor in the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering at Northwest Normal University located in Lanzhou, China. He received the B.S. and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northwest Normal University. And he obtained a PhD degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology. He is a frequent reviewer for IEEE journals and conferences as well as serving on program and organizational committees. His current research interests include speech processing, affective computing and multisensory signal analysis. He is particularly interested in applying these techniques to mental health disorders. His team's work had applied for and got supported by the National Science Foundation of China.
	Assoc. Prof. Shiling Zhang State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company Chongqing Electric Power Research Institute   Biography:  Shiling Zhang, senior engineer and Doctor of Engineering, is director of Electric Power Research Institute technology management, physical and chemical testing technology, Chongqing Electric Power Company of China National Grid. Long-term engaged in high-voltage and insulation technology, physical and chemical detection technology research and production. Director of IEEE New Sensing and monitoring technology sub-committee, full-time key researcher in the provincial and ministerial laboratories of the state grid of Chongqing Electric Power Company, key provincial and ministerial laboratories of Chongqing Municipality, member of insulation material and insulation technology committee of China Electrical Engineering Society, member of High Voltage sub-committee of China Electrical Engineering Society. The development of UHV dry-type converter transformer bushings and SF6 gas insulated through-wall bushings has been applied to the construction of UHV AC/DC projects in our country. He presided over the GIS fault detection sensor technology and system, won the International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair Outstanding Innovation Achievement Award, Chongqing Electrical Engineering Society awarded the title of Outstanding Science and Technology Workers. More than 90 SCI/EI retrieval papers and 18 PKU Chinese core journals were published by the first author in domestic and foreign journals and top international academic conferences, it has won 9 provincial and ministerial awards, including the first prize for Scientific and technological progress of Chongqing Municipality and the first prize for the China Water and Power Quality Management Association. It has also accepted 1 international invention patent, authorized 20 national invention patents and utility models, authorized 18 software copyright, more than 20 international and domestic conference reports, as the project leader presided over the basic frontier province-level projects 2, the state grid headquarters of Science and Technology Projects 3.

Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend ICCGIV 2022 as a Presenter. Ⅲ.Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for ICCGIV 2022 Regular is USD500 / 3200 RMB per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is USD50 / 300RMB.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and , attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   Accommodation

   Visa, applic, ation fee

   Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
