From November 21st to 23rd, 2025, the 2025 International Conference on Frontiers of Circuits and Systems (FTCS 2025) was held in Chongqing. This conference was sponsored by the Chongqing Science and Technology Association and the Beijing Chapter of IEEE, hosted by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the Chongqing Group of IEEE CAS Society, and organized by the Integrated Circuit College of Chongqing University. It also received support from the Chongqing Green Intelligent Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chongqing University, the University of Macau, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, North University of China, Southwest University, the Chongqing Group of IEEE CAS Society, the Chongqing Group of IEEE SSCS Society, the Chongqing Group of IEEE SMC Society, the Chongqing Group of IEEE EMBS Society, the Chongqing Group of IEEE EDS Society, and the Chongqing Group of IEEE Photonics Society.

2025年11月21日至23日，2025 年电路与系统前沿技术国际会议（FTCS 2025）在重庆召开。本次会议由重庆市科协、IEEE北京分会赞助，重庆邮电大学、IEEE CAS学会重庆组会主办，重庆邮电大学集成电路学院承办，并得到了中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院、重庆大学、澳门大学、上海交通大学、复旦大学、中北大学、西南大学、IEEE CAS学会、IEEE SSCS学会、IEEE SMC学会、IEEE EMBS学会重庆组会、IEEE EDS学会重庆组会、IEEE Photonics学会重庆组会的支持。

The conference adopted a hybrid format of online and offline, successfully attracting the enthusiastic participation of over 100 experts and scholars from around the world. The event was rich in content, featuring various forms of communication such as keynote speeches, invited talks, and oral presentations, providing a valuable platform for participants to share knowledge and learn from each other's experiences. The conference was honored to have invited Professor Franco Maloberti from the University of Pavia, Italy (IEEE Life Fellow and a renowned expert in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design), Professor Sai Wing Ho from the University of Macau (Vice Dean of the Institute of Microelectronics, University of Macau), Professor Wang Guoyu from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (Director of the Key Laboratory of Microelectronics Engineering), Professor Bao Wenzhong from Fudan University (Core Member of the National Key Laboratory of Integrated Circuit and System), Professor Zeljko Zilic from McGill University, Canada (ACM Senior Member and Chair of Strategic Research in Quebec), Associate Professor Ho Kin Fai from the University of Macau (Chair of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Macau Chapter), Professor Lin Zhisheng from the University of Macau (Member of the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI), and Assistant Professor Yu Weihan from the University of Macau (Researcher in Microelectronics) to deliver keynote speeches. Through their speeches, participants engaged in in-depth exchanges during the conference, fully collided ideas, and jointly promoted the circuit and system technology to a new height.

会议采取了线上和线下相结合的形式，成功地吸引了来自世界各地超过100位专家和学者的热情参与。活动内容丰富，涵盖了主题演讲、特邀演讲和口头报告等多种交流方式，为与会者提供了一个宝贵的平台，使他们能够分享知识并从彼此的经验中学习。会议非常荣幸地邀请到了意大利帕维亚大学Franco Maloberti教授(IEEE终生会士及国际知名模拟与混合信号集成电路设计专家）、澳门大学冼世荣教授（澳门大学微电子研究院副院长）、重庆邮电大学王国裕教授（微电子工程重点实验室主任）、复旦大学包文中教授（集成芯片与系统全国重点实验室核心成员）、加拿大麦吉尔大学Zeljko Zilic教授（ACM高级会员及魁北克省战略研究主席）、澳门大学阮家辉副教授（IEEE电路与系统学会澳门分部主席）、澳门大学林智声教授（模拟与混合信号超大规模集成电路国家重点实验室成员）、澳门大学于维瀚助理教授（微电子学研究员）来发表主题演讲，通过他们的演讲，与会者会议期间深入交流，充分碰撞思想，携手推动电路与系统技术迈向新高度。

Three professional parallel sessions were set up for this conference, namely "Integrated Circuits and Systems", "Biomedical and Sensing Circuit Systems", and "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Technologies". Centering on cutting-edge technologies such as ultra-high-precision analog-to-digital conversion, chip design and innovative methodologies, ADC chip development trends, advanced packaging, quantum computing, wireless charging, AI acceleration and in-memory computing, lively discussions were held in these sessions.

 本次会议设立了三个专业分会场，分别是“集成电路与系统”、“生物医学与传感电路系统”、“人工智能与机器学习技术”。这些分会场围绕超高精度模数转换、芯片设计与创新方法、ADC芯片发展趋势、先进封装及量子计算、无线充电、AI加速和存内计算等前沿技术展开了热烈研讨。

The FTCS 2025 Conference featured an awards ceremony to honor outstanding contributors. Honorary certificates were formally presented to invited keynote speakers in recognition of their cutting-edge academic sharing. Additionally, three awards were established for excellent paper authors, namely the "Best Paper Award", "Best Oral Presentation Award" and "Best Poster Award", aiming to inspire the innovative enthusiasm of young scholars and researchers in the field.
本次FTCS会议特设颁奖环节以表彰杰出贡献者。会议为受邀演讲嘉宾隆重颁发荣誉证书，以感谢其带来的前沿学术分享；同时为优秀论文作者设立三大奖项，分别为“******论文奖”“******口头报告奖”与“******海报奖”，旨在激励领域内青年学者与科研人员的创新热情。
