会议背景介绍：  the Eighth International Conference on Mobile Business (ICMB 2009). ICMB has been running annually since 2002 and has become one of the most important scientific conferences in the field of mobile business. This is the first time that the ICMB series come to Asia. The theme of ICMB 2009 is Exploring the Impact of Mobile Business on Industries and Society. The conference will bring together mobile business leaders, researchers, vendors, business managers, and policy makers from both the East and the West.

  The ICMB 2009 conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society and all papers in the proceedings will be indexed in EI Compendex,ISTP,and IEEE Xplore.High quality papers will be recommended for special issues that have been agreed with the International Journal of Electronic Commerce(SCI Index)
and the Journal of Global Information Management(SSCI Index).
