中国神经科学学会第十六届全国学术会议暨第二届中日韩国际会议将于2023年7月27日－30日在广东.珠海国际会展中心召开，预计参会人数3500人左右。欢迎中国神经科学学会会员以及从事神经科学研究的科技工作者和研究生踊跃参会。会议具体通知如下：

1、大会报告、分会场专题报告、墙报交流、圆桌论坛、Workshop等。本次会议不设线上会场，采用现场报告的形式。

2、会议期间还将进行Evident Award for Excellent Conference Poster评选活动。

1、分会场口头报告

报告人PPT尽量用英文，幻灯片页面设置要求是16:9。报告时间25min，提问5min。报告不得请其他人代讲，请专场主持人严格把控质量和报告时间。请报告人查看报告时间、报告标题和报告顺序，做好参会安排。

2、墙报展示

● 墙报展示在一楼墙报区，展示时间为7月28-30日。墙报展示请在指定的交流时间段，在您的墙报前参与交流。

● 墙报编号将于5月份在会议网站公布，请在会议网站查询海报编号、展示日期和时间，在指定位置张贴墙报。

● 墙报尺寸：1.2米(高)*0.9米(宽)，竖版。请提前自行制作墙报，带到墙报区自行张贴。

● 墙报交流完毕后，请在当日17点前取下墙报，过期不保留。

● 参加Evident Award for Excellent Conference Poster评选的会员，请在规定时间站在墙报前参与现

场评选。评审专家将根据墙报质量、现场交流、论文水平等方面进行现场评选。

五、参会交费

1、本次会议采用网上注册，会议网站www.cns.org.cn/2023/

2、会议注册费包括：参会资料和午餐券。荣誉会员、大会报告人、邀请嘉宾及分会场专题研讨会报告人均免注册费。报告人需完成网上注册和提交摘要。

3、取消参会：2023年4月30日前，全额退款；5月1日-6月30日前，退50％会议注册费；7月1日以后则概不退款。

4、交费方式：会议网站注册缴费

国内：银联卡（须开通网上银行支付）、信用卡、支付宝、微信

国际：VISA，Master Card，JCB

5、关于注册费发票：

本次大会默认电子发票，不再提供纸质发票。

参会代表在交费前确认好自己的身份再进行支付，发票抬头开**公司的默认为企业代表。

注册费发票将在会议召开当月及次月按交费顺序开具发至邮箱，如需提前获取请联系学会财务。

请参会者正确填写发票抬头及税号，发票开出概不退换。请保持手机及邮箱畅通以便及时联系。

大会一并代收的会员费只能开具全国性社会团体会费统一票据，不开发票。

六、食宿及交通

本次会议食宿和交通费自理。

1、食宿安排：

会议提供7月28-30日的午餐，凭午餐券到就餐区就餐，晚餐请自理。

● 本次住宿授权上海得韬会展服务有限公司代为预订，住宿费委托上海得韬会展服务有限公司代收，发票由实际入住酒店开具。参会者完成会议注册并缴纳注册费后，可通过用户名和密码登录，在User Center中点击“Book”进行酒店预订，并完成交费。

Meeting Notice

The 16th Annual Meeting of Chinese Neuroscience Society (CNS 2023) & The 2nd CJK International Meeting (hereinafter referred to as "The CJK-2nd") will be held in Zhuhai, China from July 27-30, 2023. CNS 2023 &The CJK-2nd are intended to create a gathering of enthusiastic neuroscientists at home and abroad to exchange the latest research results and network with each other. Following are the meeting information:

CNS 2023 & The CJK-2^nd is going to be held as a purely in-person meeting without an online option for participants.

IV.  Scientific Program

The Program will include:

(1) Plenary Lectures, Parallel Symposia, Poster Session, Roundtable Forum and Workshops, etc.

(2) Appraisal and Selection of Evident Award for Excellent Conference Poster

1.Oral Presentation (for symposia speakers)

● Symposia speakers are encouraged to speak English during presentations.

● PPT format: 16:9

● Time allocation for each speaker: 25 minutes (presentation) + 5 minutes (Q&A).

● Speakers cannot be replaced by other speakers and chairs shall be responsible for the time management of the whole session.

● Symposia speakers shall strictly follow the arrangements of our Scientific Program.

2.Poster Presentation

●Poster exhibition area will be in the ground(first) floor of the Conference Hall.

● Time arrangement: from~12:00 to ~14:30, July 28^th-30^th. Presenters should be in front of your poster boards with specified poster serial No. at the appointed hour.

●Poster serial No. will be announced in May on our meeting website: https://www.cns.org.cn/2023/program.html

●Poster size: 1.2m(height) * 0.9m (width). Poster shall be printed in advance by presenters themselves and will be carried to the meeting site to paste.

●Poster shall be torn off before 17:00 on the same presentation day.

●Candidates of Evident Award for Excellent Conference Poster shall stand in front of the poster area at the specified time. Review panel will make an onsite selection in terms of academic quality.

V.   Registration

★Full refundable：Before April 30, 2023

★50% refundable：From May 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023

★Non-refundable：After July 1, 2023

● Participants can login the meeting website after registration and payment to book the hotel directly. The hotel reservation service will be provided by “上海得韬会展服务有限公司” and payment will be paid to “上海得韬会展服务有限公司”. Invoices can be requested at hotels.

①Free cancellation & changes before June 27,2023, while 1% of service charge will be deducted;

②30% of commissions will be charged due to cancellation and changes between June 27,2023 and July 12,2023;

③50% of commissions will be charged due to cancellation and modification between July 12,2023 and July 20,2023;

④Non-refundable after July 20,2023;

⑤The remaining amount will be refunded to your account (1-5 days) through the original payment method.

⑥No refunds will be given for early check out.
