会议背景介绍: The Fourth International Conference on Bio-Inspired Computing: Theories and Applications (BIC-TA 2009) will be held in Peking University, Beijing, following the successes of previous events.
BIC-TA 2009 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers with different backgrounds working in the main areas of natural computing inspired by biology to present their latest results and exchange ideas.
Authors are invited to submit papers presenting original and unpublished research in any aspect of bio-inspired computing.

Papers submitted for review should represent original, previously unpublished work. At the time the paper is submitted to BIC-TA 2009, and for the entire review period, the paper should not be under review by any other conference or scientific journal.
All submissions will be blind-reviewed by at least three experts in the field based on originality, significance and clarity.
All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. 
The authors of accepted papers will be given a 20-minute slot (plus 5 minutes for questions) in the conference schedule to present their work.
