Conference Introduction

2020 International Conference on Intelligent Control, Measurement and Signal Processing (ICMSP 2020) and Intelligent Oil Field is jointly organized by Xi'an Shiyou University and AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center, and will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China on December 04-06, 2020.

The conference will mainly focus on the development of intelligent oil field and measurement and control technology and intelligent instrument, photoelectric detection and measurement technology, intelligent control and automation, signal and information processing, artificial intelligence and robot and other research fields of oil and gas fields. The conference aims to provide an exchange platform for experts and scholars, engineers and research personnel of related fields.

By discussing scientific research achievements and advanced technology, we can understand the trend of academic development, broaden our horizon in research, strengthen the level of academic research and discussion, and promote the intelligent level of oil field development and the industrialization of academic achievements.

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

Publication

1. EI conference proceedings

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICMSP 2020 will be published by IEEE Computer Society (Conference Publishing Services),  and submitted to IEEE Xplore、EI Compendex、Scopus and CPCI for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

2. Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

3. Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make oral presentation.

Registration:

For the publication on conference proceedings:

1. Early Bird Registration fee for ICMSP 2020 - Before Oct. 10, 2020 (4 pages) is 2800 RMB per paper.

The discount only applies when payment is finished within 5 days after acceptance. Otherwise, the price will be changed back to 3000 RMB per paper.

Registration after Oct. 10, 2020, the registration fee will be 3000 RMB per paper (4 pages).

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 300 RMB.

3. Registration fee includes conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:

Accommodation

Visa application fee

Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. After successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

8. The above fee does not include the publication fee for SCI papers.

9. Attendees without papers can also apply for oral presentation and poster presentation.
