For the publication on conference proceedings:

Extra Pages (Begin at Page 5)	300 RMB/per extra page
Attendees without Papers	1200 RMB/per person
Attendees without Papers (Groups ≥ 3 persons)	1000 RMB/per person (≥ 3 persons)

1. Early Bird Registration fee for ICMSP 2020 - Before Oct. 10, 2020 (4 pages) is 2800 RMB per paper.

The discount only applies when payment is finished within 5 days after acceptance. Otherwise, the price will be changed back to 3000 RMB per paper.

Registration after Oct. 10, 2020, the registration fee will be 3000 RMB per paper (4 pages).

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 300 RMB.

3. Registration fee includes conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:

 Accommodation

 Visa application fee

Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. After successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

8. The above fee does not include the publication fee for SCI papers.

9. Attendees without papers can also apply for oral presentation and poster presentation.
