All accepted full papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 978-1-6654-0267-5) as an individual chapter in IAECST 2021 conference proceedings, which will be published by IEEE and submitted to EI Compendex & Scopus for indexing.

② No repeated contributions to other conferences or journals 

③ Original articles with experimental research data 

④ Weight check rate is less than 30%
