2. Conference Introduction:

Digitalization and smart technologies have become the stronghold for developed countries to compete for the next generation of industrial highlands, China has undergone an unprecedentedly great change in a century, and the transformation faces many challenges in the industrial field: independent innovation, digital intelligence, industrial upgrading, superimposed on the serious structural imbalance of human resources and talent structure. As the saying goes, “Employment is pivotal to people’s wellbeing”, and in order to achieve “common prosperity”, China’s human resource development must pay full attention to employment guidance and assistance, while focusing on the development of domestic high-end talents and employment flexibility, the implementation of new development concepts, and the integration of domestic and foreign talent resources, thereby achieving high-quality advancement of human resources development at home and abroad. By introducing advanced digital and intelligent management methods in developed countries, it is committed to anticipating the future development and prospect of international talent management and pioneering a path of human resource development with Chinese characteristics.

In view of this, organizers will invite HR researchers and high-end think-tank experts from international, national, and local human resources and social departments, human resources development associations, human resources industry development parks, labor societies, vocational education societies, vocational education and adult education institutions, digital economy, artificial intelligence leading enterprises, and scientific research institutes, as well as domestic and foreign press and publication circles and other media to assemble at the conference. In this way, they are enabled to discuss the future-oriented and global perspective new journey, pave human resources development with Chinese characteristics, realize the integration of industry + science education + media, achieve extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, and present the results of the conference in high quality through the domestic and foreign digital publishing platform JCHRM and the professional academic exchange platform of KEO.

The first International Forum on human resources development and employment (hrde 2022) will be held in Guangzhou, China from August 12 to 14, 2022.

Manuscripts reviewed by experts from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published on conference proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted for CPCI, CNKI abstracting/indexing. Authors are assured of quick and accurate indexing.

 

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
