| 会议背景介绍： | It may be said that modern information technology rests on three technology pillars: semiconductor technology, communications technology, and information processing technology. During the past two decades there have been tremendous advances in all three pillars and their unrelenting convergence that have brought us significantly closer to the realization of the long-envisioned dream of an information society in which anyone can access the cumulative knowledge of the mankind inexpensively from anywhere at any time, namely that of a ubiquitous information age. The 2008' International Symposium on Information Processing Technology will bring together researchers from academia and industry, who are interested in the emergent field of information processing. We are soliciting papers that present recent results, as well as more speculative presentations that discuss research challenges, define new applications, propose methodologies for evaluating and the roadmap for achieving the vision of information processing, including but not limited to the following topics: | |
| 征文范围及要求： | ISIP|08 Proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society,which will be indexed by ISTP, EI, INSPEC, and DBLP. Topic A Machine Translation And Multilingual Processing Natural Language Applications, Tools and Resources Machine Learning For Natural Language Text Mining and Information Extraction Text Analysis, Text Understanding Language Modeling Speech Recognition and Synthesis Phonology and Morphology Grammars and Syntax, Syntactical Analysis Word Segmentation, Parsing and Tagging Lexical Semantics, Word Sense, Word Nets Summarization and Generation Formal and Visual Specification Languages Topoc B Information Retrieval Systems Information Reliability And Security Information and Knowledge Structures Information Processing Methods Decision Support And Expert Systems Workflow Management Database Engineering and Systems Information Hiding and Watermarking Content Management Data Security and Privacy Issues Data Warehousing Trusted Computing SIP 08 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. Papers should not exceed 6 pages of text using 10-point size type on 8.5 x 11 inch paper (Conference Format, PDF, Word, Template). All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. Each paper will be peer-reviewed. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.Complete manuscripts must be electronically (limited to 6 IEEE style pages) submit to the Co-Chairs ( yufei_7070@126.com or isip08@126.com ) before 20th January 2008. | |
