目前全球的旅游、饭店和会展业发展迅速，并且已经逐渐成为全球经济的支柱。这三种产业的发展给社会带来丰富经济效益的同时，也引发了一系列社会、文化和环境问题。而推进可持续性旅游、饭店和会展业发展，可以有效地减少这些问题，并促进其健康和稳定的发展。
为了加强旅游、饭店和会展可持续管理的国际学术交流、分享管理经验并加强中外合作，德国弗莱贝格工业大学国际资源与管理研究所和天津财经大学旅游系将于2008年7月6-7日共同举办第四届欧亚企业的社会责任和环境管理国际研讨会。会议地点初步定于天津财经大学校内（具体地点另行通知）。
会议论文集将由德国柏林科技出版社出版，并提交国际社会科学与人文重要检索ISSHP（Index to Social Science & Humanities Proceeding）机构索引。第一届会议录用的文章已被ISSHP索引，第二届论文集的检索正在进行中。
优秀论文将安排会议交流，交流方式分为主题报告、中心报告和一般报告。会议交流的安排在学者申请基础上，经组委会讨论确定，于会前3天通知相关学者；国内学者可以用普通话发言，在研讨会上交流的各位代表要求将各自论文要点制作中英文的PPT。
1. INTRODUCTION:
At present, the global tourism, Hospitality and MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) industries develop rapidly and show a clear tendency to become pillar sectors in global economy. On the one hand, the development of tourism, Hospitality and MICE industry brings large economic benefits; on the other hand, it leads to numerous negative impacts associated with social, cultural and environmental issues. To promote responsible and sustainable paradigms of tourism, Hospitality and MICE play important parts to reduce negative impacts while sustain the steady and healthy development of the industries.
By the same token, this conference is organized jointly by the IMRE program of TU Bergakademie Freiberg from Freiberg, Germany; and the Tourism Management College of Tianjin Univeristy of Finance and Economics, from Tianjin, P. R. China. The conference, which lasts 2 days, will start in Tianjin, P. R. China in September. 20/21, 2008.
Aims at facilitating international co-operations in terms of responsible and sustainable tourism, Hospitality and MICE development theoretically and practically from both academic and business perspective, the conference incorporate the following sessions:
• Responsible and Sustainable tourism, hospitality and MICE industries;
• Impacts and risk management of tourism, hospitality and MICE industries;
• Studies on social, cultural, economic and environmental issues of tourism, hospitality and MICE industries;
• Strategies, regulations, and policy guidelines of responsible and sustainable tourism, hospitality and MICE industries;
• Tourism, hospitality, MICE and Infrastructures;
• Community based tourism development, industry and rural/farm tourism;
• Eco-tourism;
• MICE and Event industries;
• IT and Internet aspects of responsible and sustainable tourism, hospitality and MICE;
• Human resources development and educational issues in industry tourism, hospitality and MICE industries;
• Financial models or econometrics of responsible and sustainable tourism hospitality and MICE industries;
• Surveys，analysis and case study;
• Other related topics.

学术论文要求:
1、 英文论文； 2、 字数4000以上；3、 具体格式参照会议论文要求；
论文的收录过程：
作者首先于2008年9月15日前提交400字的英文论文摘要。组委会专家将对论文摘要进行严格评审，并于两周内通知作者结果。通过评审的作者请于2008年9月20日提交会议论文全文。组委会对全文进行综合评审并于2周内通知作者论文是否被论文集收录。
参会费用：
1. 与会代表往还交通费、住宿费自理； 2. 与会代表每人缴交会务费500元。（由天津财经大学旅游系负责）
3．论文发表和检索费为1500元。（由欧亚企业的社会责任和环境管理研讨会组委会负责）

The conference invites papers on either completed research or preliminary reports on the topics as follows:

After going through careful review and selection processes, best papers accepted by the committee will be officially published by the Wissenschaftlicher Verlag Berlin with ISBN after the conference. The conference proceedings will be sent for ISTP/ISSHP (Index to Social Science & Humanities Proceeding) evaluation.
4. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstract:
400 words abstracts (typed single-spaced) of proposed Papers should be submitted for the final selection process.
Submit abstracts by email to the secretaries (zhangful@hotmail.com).
Deadline for the submission of abstracts is 15th Sep, 2008.
Paper Review Committee will conduct a refereed screening of abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts will be informed by the conference secretaries within 2 weeks after the abstract is received.
Full Paper:
The paper should be written in English, while the size of the paper should be around 4000 words;
The layout of the paper should strictly follows the requirements provided by the committee;

Deadline of full paper submission for a refereed screening process is 21 September, 2008
