Keynote Speaker

Prof.Marc A. Rosen , Ontario Tech University, Canada

Marc A. Rosen is a Professor at Ontario Tech University (formally University of Ontario Institute of Technology) in Oshawa, Canada, where he served as founding Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science. Dr. Rosen was President of the Engineering Institute of Canada. A registered Professional Engineer in Ontario, he serves as Editor-in-Chief of several journals and was a Director of Oshawa Power and Utilities Corporation. With over 60 research grants and contracts and 900 publications, Dr. Rosen is active in sustainability, sustainable energy, environmental impact, and energy technology (including hydrogen energy, renewable energy and efficiency). Much of his research has been carried out for industry, and he has written numerous books. Dr. Rosen has worked for such organizations as Imatra Power Company in Finland, Argonne National Laboratory near Chicago, and the Institute for Hydrogen Systems near Toronto. Dr. Rosen has received numerous awards and honors, and is a fellow of several societies and organizations, including the Royal Society of Canada.

Prof. Chun Dong,Chinese Academy of Surveying &Mapping,China

Dong Chun is researcher of Chinese Academy of Surveying and Mapping Sciences.  She holds a Ph.D. and serves as a Ph.D. supervisor.  Currently, she is the Director of the Research Center for Natural Resources Survey and Monitoring.  Additionally, she is the Vice Chairman of the Professional Committee on Territorial Spatial Planning and Regional Economy of the Chinese Association of Regional Science, a Member of the Professional Committee on Geographic Modeling and Geographic Information Analysis of the Chinese Geographic Society, and the Vice Chairman of the Professional Committee on Regional Population Development of the Chinese Population Society.  She was awarded the titles of National March 8th Red-banner Pacesetter Flag Woman, High-level Scientific and Technological Leading Talent of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China.  She was also elected as a delegate to the 20th CPC National Congress and a delegate to the 13th Chinese Women's Congress.  For many years, she has been engaged in interdisciplinary research work of geospatial science and population, resources and environment economics.  She is the technical leader of the first National Geographic National Census and the statistical analysis of regular geographic national monitoring under the State Council.  She is also the person in charge of the information platform for auditing the natural resource assets of leading cadres, which was developed through a collaboration between the Ministry of Natural Resources and National Audit Office.  She has presided over more than 30 national and ministry-level scientific research projects, published over 90 papers and 9 monographs, obtained more than 10 national invention patents, completed 23 software copyright registrations, won over 20 national, provincial, and ministerial awards, and supervised the education of nearly 70 doctoral and master's degree students.

Prof.Jianguo, DuJiangsu University,China

Du Jianguo, doctoral supervisor, second-grade professor, formerly served as the Deputy Director of the Information Department, and Dean of the School of Management at Jiangsu University; The head of the "Research Center for Green Development and Environmental Governance," a key research base for philosophy and social sciences in Jiangsu universities; The Director of the Social Science Computing Experiment Center at Jiangsu University; The member of the international association "The International Association For Chinese Management Research"; The major research member of the "China Regional Development Monitoring Center" and the "Social Science Computing Experiment Center at Nanjing University"; The member of the China Modern Management Research Association; The member of the China Society of Management Science and Engineering, and an executive director of the China Enterprise Management Research Association; Engaged in courses teaching work, including "Matlab and Complex System Simulation in Management," "Evolutionary Economics," "Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics."

The main research areas include low-carbon green development, environmental behavior and governance, computational experiments, and more. Published over 100 papers in domestic and international journals such as "Energy Policy," "Journal of Cleaner Production," "Environmental Science and Pollution Research," "Journal of Management Sciences in China," "Systems Engineering Theory and Practice," and "Chinese Journal of Management," among others. More than 80 of the papers have been included in SSCI, SCI, and CSSCI.

六、参与形式

1.Presenter

口头报告：在大会上就报告人目前的研究等进行口头英文学术报告，时长约10-15分钟。

论文报告：在大会征稿主题范围内提交相关领域英文论文，评审通过后提交注册并收录到会议论文集。

研讨会：针对会议主题组建workshop，并邀请相同研究领域的专家、学者加入，以分论坛形式展开研讨。

2.Peer-Reviewer

作为会议的审稿专家参与支持，负责在专业领域内对稿件进行同行评审，组委会将颁发审稿专家证书。

3.Committee

作为会议联合主席或技术委员会参与支持，在会议技术层面上指导把关，负责一部分同行评审环节，组委会将颁发荣誉证书。

3. 请根据以下几点准备您的论文：

(1) 论文必须是全英文原创稿件，非纯综述类，整体需符合论文要求，摘要、关键词和结论部分需体现会议主题，应具有学术或实用推广价值，并且未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过；

(2) 重复率不得超过30%（含文献），否则由文章重复率引起的被拒稿将由作者自行承担责任。

4. 投稿后7-15个工作日内反馈审稿意见或录用通知；

5. 请在收到录用通知后在5个工作日内完成注册。

八、会议注册

1．投稿作者注册

注册费：2300元/篇（普通作者），2100/篇（学生作者）；论文不少于4页，超过6页加收超页费300元/页。收到录用通知后请在5个工作日内完成注册并提交论文终稿及其他注册资料，如有特殊情况需要延期注册，请及时告知组委会。

2．口头报告/仅参会

参会费：1200元/人，请于2024年4月20日前完成注册及缴费。如需口头报告请于2024年4月15日前将报告摘要及PPT发送至组委会官方邮箱进行审核。

九、支持政策

1、优秀论文：大会将评选Best Paper。

2、******组织奖：大会将评选******Workshop组织奖。

3、学术支持：参与本届大会的Workshop Chair将享有被优先推举作为下届学术委员会委员、主讲、主席等的权利。
